The City of Spring Park has undergone progressive growth and experienced many changes during the past several decades. Throughout this time, Spring Park's city government has evolved to meet the needs of its residents and businesses. I appreciate the opportunity I've had to serve the residents of Spring Park in the past and it would be an honor and privilege to serve as your Mayor again.
I have lived in Spring Park since 1961. My wife of 60 years, Joyce, and I moved here after completing my military service in the United States Navy on the Aircraft Carrier USS Forrestal. Throughout the past 59 years we raised two children, Judy and Roxanne, and built a business here. All of which we are very proud of the city of Spring Park.
I have served the City of Spring Park, "on and off" for 41 years. I started as the Justice of the Peace and I did marry five couple. I was also elected as a Councilman in my early years of service to the City of Spring Park.
It's been a successful two years and I want to thank you for giving me a great City Council, Planning Commission, and City Staff to work with. In addition we recently hired a new legal firm, Kennedy Gravin, for the City's legal needs. Our former attorney served us well for many years, we switched firms at her request for departure, our new firm will provide the wide variety of services we need.

“Keep working to 'clean up' the city with a comprehensive city beautification plan for the public properties, businesses & residents”
